Sicily to Denver Charter Private Jet

Hello everyone! Me and my sweet Totò (13 yo) are looking into the best way to move from Sicily (Italy), to Denver (USA), next summer to follow my husband for his studies. I’m currently looking at ANY possible option to avoid putting him into a crate in the cargo hold. He is obviously not young anymore, and I rather not put him through the stress of being separated from me for a long time, especially since he suffers from congestive heart failure. Traveling is pretty new for us, and I obviously would NEVER put him in a situation where his health could be compromised, so I’m gonna be talking to our Vets about our possible move, but I wanted to go ahead and start looking into the possibility of flying him on a charter plane in the meantime. Do you have any advice for us? Have you ever taken a flight with an older dog? Anything I need to know? Thank you in advance for your help, it’s highly appreciated 🙏🏼🌸
